When connecting devices to "PAVA" of Shenzhen Harmanda Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., "PAVA" provides a way to upgrade the device. Your device name, device identification information (system basic information, device name, device identifier, IMEI, Mac address, system logs, system usage information, device usage information, IMSI, AndroidID, Android advertising ID, OAID, hardware serial number, SIM card identification, etc.), and device usage information will also be uploaded to the server of Shenzhen Harmanda Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. for activation statistics and device problem analysis.
After successful device pairing, third-party applications that interact with paired devices through "PAVA" can obtain data such as your device identifier (which can be reset and is unique to each application), device name, hardware information, and status (charging or in use). Third party applications can also send messages or notifications to your paired devices; According to your explicit authorization, these third-party applications can access the device's sensor data, log information, location information, device information (system basic information, device name, device identifier, IMEI, Mac address, system logs, system usage information, device usage information, IMSI, AndroidID, Android advertising ID, OAID, hardware serial number, SIM card identification, etc.).
When you use our services, we may automatically collect detailed usage information about your use of our services as relevant network logs. Storage permission: When you use functions such as sharing or logging into an account, you can choose to enable this permission to read or write application usage information and intermediate data. If you do not need this type of service, you can disable this permission at any time without affecting the use of other services.
Location permission: When you use Bluetooth pairing or other location related functions, you can choose to enable this permission to determine your current location information. At the same time, it can more accurately locate the device. If you do not agree to this permission, it will affect the normal use of Bluetooth pairing or other location related functions.
Bluetooth usage permission: Both location permission and Bluetooth usage permission are used for low-power Bluetooth earphone battery acquisition.
Network permissions: Network permissions are used for collecting application error logs, detecting application version updates, authorizing activation, account login, etc.

5.1 Our products, website, and services are primarily aimed at adults. Minors are not allowed to create their own user accounts without the consent of their parents or guardians. You can choose whether to disclose information. Some information is necessary for using PAVA, but the provision of most other information is up to you. You can change the scope of your authorization for us to continue collecting information or revoke your authorization by modifying the information, turning off the device, or other means.
After you revoke your authorization, we are unable to continue providing you with the services corresponding to the revocation of authorization, and we will no longer process your corresponding information. But your decision to revoke authorization will not affect the information processing previously carried out based on your authorization.
You can withdraw your consent to the privacy policy and exit "PAVA" by clicking "Cancel Account" in "My → Account and Security → Cancel Account".
If you need to cancel your account, you must also meet the following conditions:
10.5.1 The account has not been involved in any complaints or reports;
10.5.2 There are no unused rights in the account. If you still have unused rights, the cancellation application will be deemed as you voluntarily giving up the corresponding rights;
10.5.3 You completely give up the right to retrieve the data;
10.5.4 Account cancellation does not involve any complaints, disputes, lawsuits, investigations by competent authorities, and there is no real risk of litigation or adjustment mentioned above;

10.6.1 You will not be able to rely on this account for any permission operations;

10.6.4 Other consequences that may harm your rights or cause you losses;
After you cancel your account, we will cease to provide you with products and/or services, and upon your request, we will delete your personal information.
